I want to remove my hair extensions, they are glued in, whats the best way?

Don't try to do this yourself, let a professional do it for you. The best person to take them out would be the one who put them on you in the first place.

Mine are glued in too and when I want them removed I rub loads of shampoo into my hair and find some are already coming out, then I rub in conditioner and the rest come out, this does hurt a bit but you get used to it.

Saturate you hair in a mixture of oil (like olive oil) and water. Let it sit for a while (like 20 minutes) and the tracks should just slide right out with a little tug. If a track appears to be a bit difficult, just apply more oil and work it out with your fingers.

you should go back to the professional to have them take it out, but you can buy some glue remover from sallys, walmart, or any beauty supply store. place the glue remover on under the weft track hair and let it sit a minute or two then gently pull up the track. good luck!
