Jessica Simpson's new "Hair Do" line is on Sephora, they ship everywhere (sephora.com). They're mostly under $100... unless you don't mind looking completely ridiculous, you won't spend much less than $100 or so.

You can go to a local beauty supply store. I'm sure there are tons in NC that sell hair. Then, you can do them yourself, find someone to put them in, or get the clips and make clip-in extensions
