Ir would be much better for you to concentrate on getting your own hair in great health-a healthy diet esp veggies and protein-hair is all protein-lean meat like baked turkey,chicken can get some from the deli and just take 2-3 sclices roll up and eat, Also if you must geat extensions get sewn in for the glue will damage your hair. Also find a health food store and get some from nature shampoo,conditioners for not harsh like commercial and make your hair health and healthy hair is hot.
